Please note there are steps and the ground in the vineyard can be uneven.

Coronavirus Policy: All tours are fully refundable up to 24hrs in advance if you (The Customer) or we (Welcombe Hills Vineyard) cancel due to Coronavirus illness, isolation, closure, wish or order.

Welcombe Hills Vineyard produces wine from grapes grown on land once owned by the Shakespeare family, and has established a reputation at local and national level for producing award-winning wines of high quality.

How many guests will be on each tour?

Each tour will have a maximum of 8 bookings, with each booking consisting of 1-4 people who can be together within the advised 2m distance from others (or complying with the current social distancing guidelines on that date).

Will it be possible to maintain a 2m distance from other guests?

Yes! We have plenty of space here, and will be holding our wine tastings outside whenever the weather allows.

What if it’s raining?

Bring wet weather gear! We’re happy to still conduct tours in inclement weather (within reason) but our cosy tasting room offers excellent views over the vineyard for those who would rather stay dry. Hand-washing facilities are available, as well as antibacterial hand gel, for your use.

Will there be any food?

We’re not currently able to provide our popular tasting plates on public tours, however we can provide sharing plates and lunches for private events.

Are children allowed?

Whilst the social distancing rules remain in place, we recommend that you do not bring children on the tours.
