This English Blanc de Blancs, crafted from 100% Chardonnay and aged on the lees for three years, displays fine, persistent bubbles and a delicate golden hue. The nose offers aromas of green apple, lemon zest, and toasted brioche. On the palate, vibrant citrus and orchard fruit mingle with creamy texture and subtle nuttiness, leading to a long, elegant finish with a refined mineral edge.

Bursting with fruit on the nose, plenty of black and red cherry, strawberry and refreshingly juicy cranberry alongside a subtle violet note. The oak comes nicely with classic baking spices with a touch of strawberry laces. Refreshingly bright red fruits on the palate with sour cherry and cranberry complimenting the delicate spices acquired through 8 months in second use French oak.

A pale and elegant white wine. Very floral on the nose with white blossom and elderflower. Nice concentration on the palate with fruit notes of peach, pear and grapefruit with a beautifull balanced acidity leading to a strong finish.
