Ophelia Rose Sparkling 2023 
Made from 100% Pinot Précoce. Light pink with a touch of orange colour. Wild strawberries, morello cherry and raspberry notes blend nicely with gentle orange and zesty lemon. Nice mineral notes and a touch of creamy brioche add complexity. It’s got a lively mousse and a lovely balance of refreshing freshness and concentration on the palate.
 
Ophelia Blanc de Blancs 2021 
Crafted from 100% Chardonnay and aged on the lees for three years, displays fine, persistent bubbles and a delicate golden hue. The nose offers aromas of green apple, lemon zest, and toasted brioche. On the palate, vibrant citrus and orchard fruit mingle with creamy texture and subtle nuttiness, leading to a long, elegant finish with a refined mineral edge.
 
Ophelia Brut Classic Cuvee 
A blend of 50% Pinot Noir & 50% Chardonnay. It opens with an inviting golden hue and fine, persistent bubbles. Fresh orchard‐apple aromas lead on the nose, layered with delicate brioche and subtle pastry richness. The palate is bright and refined, balancing crisp acidity with rounded fruit character. Notes of baked apple and lightly toasted bread linger, giving a harmonious finish that feels both elegant and expressive
