Our Ophelia 2021 Blanc de Blancs, crafted from 100% Chardonnay and aged on the lees for three years, displays fine, persistent bubbles and a delicate golden hue. The nose offers aromas of green apple, lemon zest, and toasted brioche. On the palate, vibrant citrus and orchard fruit mingle with creamy texture and subtle nuttiness, leading to a long, elegant finish with a refined mineral edge
 
Our Ophelia 2022 Rose Sparkling has an inviting nose with red berry fruit (strawberry and raspberry), quince, nectarine, and delicate floral aromas (white rose petal). Fresh red berries on the palate alongside crisp red apple give an initially bright attack, with the suggestion of stone fruits giving a slighter rounder feel to the wine. Floral notes linger on the palate giving an elegant finish.
