A pale and elegant white wine. Very floral on the nose with white blossom and elderflower.
Nice concentration on the palate with fruit notes of peach, pear and grapefruit with a beautifull balanced acidity leading to a strong finish.

Base of lemon and lime citrus joined by a bold peach note and subtle elderflower florals. Additional complexity from touches of grapefruit, cut grass, green bell pepper and minerals. A refreshing aromatic white perfect for fish, goats cheese and summer enjoyment.
 
a Midsummers Night's Dream - 2025 Chardonnay
A crisp and refreshing Chardonnay very much in the style of Chablis. Zesty lemon , crunchy Granny Smith apples and wet stones with a touch of apple blossom and smoke. Should be a cracker with white fish and sea food.
