VINEYARD TOUR HOST - PART-TIME (weekend working)

This position is responsible for ensuring customers have a positive and memorable experience at Welcombe Hills Vineyard, by hosting vineyard tours and wine tasting events at our site in Stratford-upon-Avon. The candidate must have a passion for wine, for learning the details of wines we produce, and our general operations. This role will be performed both inside and outside depending on the weather. Responsibilities include: greeting customers promptly and courteously, guiding customers through our wine list, setting up and cleaning up daily operations and special events, and money handling procedures.

 

Applicants should have experience in a customer facing role, and a passion for all things wine! Above all, we are looking for team players with a hands on approach, strong attention to detail and a desire to join the Welcombe Hills Vineyard family and help us convey our story. Tourism and retail experience preferred, but not essential.
