Sat 2 Nov - Wine Tasting

Come and taste our award-winning wine from the comfort of our Tasting Room, overlooking the vines and Warwickshire countryside.  

How long does the experience last? The event lasts around 1.5 hours in total and includes a tasting of 4 wines. After the tasting you are welcome to order more drinks if you would like.

What time should I arrive?

Please arrive 5-10 minutes before the event.

What should I wear? Come as you are! The event will be held inside our cosy Tasting Room. Although this event does not include a guided tour, you are welcome to wander amongst the vines at your leisure.

Is there a lot of walking involved with the event? No - this event does not take part outside. The Tasting Room is on the first-floor with no step-free access. If you or a member of your party have mobility issues, we recommend booking a Vineyard Tour and Tasting during the summer months (May - September).

Is there public transport to Welcombe Hills Vineyard? The closest train station is Stratford-upon-Avon Parkway – about 2.5 miles away. Taxis are available at the station but we would strongly recommend pre-booking them.

Is there parking onsite?

Parking at Welcombe Hill Vineyard is free for visitors with plenty of space available.

Can I bring my child/my dog? Unfortunately, during the winter months our Tasting Room is unable to accommodate children or dogs. If you would like to bring your children and/or your dogs, we recommend booking a Vineyard Tour and Tasting during the summer months (May - September) when the event will be held outside.

Can I change my booking? Yes please send us an email to hello@welcombehills.co.uk and we'll do our best to help you. You can change or cancel your tickets up until 48 hours before, but after this cancellation charges may apply.

I have lost my voucher?

Don't worry! Send us an email to hello@welcombehills.co.uk and we'll try and find the voucher code for you.

My gift voucher code is not working?

Email us and we will fix it.

Is there food available?

Cheese and charcuterie plates are available to order at the time of booking, and any point nearer the event date.

How much wine will I be drinking?

The ticket includes 4 x 60ml servings of our wines, with a mix of still and sparkling wines.

Is there a discount for drivers?

Drivers can get as much from our events as non-drivers. You can taste all of our wines and use a spittoon. We do not offer concessions on our Tasting events.

How do I arrange private tours for groups?

Private Group Tours are available for groups of 15 or more guests. Please contact the team to arrange your requirements on hello@welcombehills.co.uk

Health and safety Visitors must remain within permitted areas and must adhere to our health and safety procedures and guidelines and must follow any instructions given by Welcombe Hills Vineyard staff members. A Visitor is, however, responsible for his or her own safety and for the safety of any accompanying children.

Is there CCTV? CCTV is in operation at Welcombe Hills Vineyard and video recordings may be made. This activity is carried out for security and service reasons.
